Revision Plan
The Revision Plan is your project’s running to-do list for the listing. It gathers every bookmark and every saved recommendation from across all of your audits into one place, so the work you flagged while reviewing an audit doesn’t get lost when the next audit runs.
Why it matters
Section titled “Why it matters”Audits produce more than you can act on in one sitting, and they pile up over time. Without a single worklist, good recommendations get buried in old reports. The Revision Plan is the durable layer on top of your audits: you save the things worth doing, then work them here — filtering, marking progress, and jumping back to the audit that raised each one.
It stays in sync with the audit experience both ways. Bookmark an insight or save a recommendation inside an audit and it appears here; change something here and the audit reflects it.
How to read it
Section titled “How to read it”Open Revision Plan under Listing Edit & Publish in the sidebar. The page collects two kinds of items:
- Bookmarks — insights you flagged to revisit.
- Actions — recommendations you saved to act on. Actions carry a status (below); bookmarks don’t.
Tabs by surface
Section titled “Tabs by surface”Tabs across the top narrow the list to one part of the listing: AI Discovery, Store Text, Icon, Screenshots, and Bookmarks (a cross-surface view of everything you bookmarked). Use them to focus on one area at a time — for example, only the Store Text actions when you sit down to rewrite copy.
Statuses
Section titled “Statuses”Each action moves through:
- Open — saved, not started.
- In Progress — you’re working on it.
- Done — finished.
- Dismissed — set aside. Dismissed items are handled through dismissal rules, which can also keep an item from resurfacing in future audits.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”Filter the list by type (bookmarks vs. actions), by status, and by a date window (last 7, 30, or 90 days, or all time). The date window is based on when you saved the item, not when the source audit ran — the plan answers “what did I flag, and when,” not “what was audited when.”
How to work it
Section titled “How to work it”1. Filter to what you’re doing
Section titled “1. Filter to what you’re doing”Pick a tab and set the status filter (for instance, Store Text actions that are still Open).
2. Open an item
Section titled “2. Open an item”Click a row to open its detail, where you can read the full recommendation, add your own notes, and follow the link straight back to the audit surface that raised it.
3. Move it forward
Section titled “3. Move it forward”Update the status as you go, and use the deep link to jump into the Store Text editor or the relevant surface to actually make the change.
How it connects to what you do
Section titled “How it connects to what you do”The Revision Plan is the bridge between reviewing audits and editing the listing. You save items while reading an audit, triage them here, then act on them in the Store Text editor, Icon & Screenshots, or by adopting AI suggestions — and finally publish.
